"Schnitzel Monday..."

In a word, YUM

The Swisscom Cafe is simply the best on-site company restaurant I've ever seen, with so many choices every day you can't possibly go wrong.  Today, to start the week, was "Schnitzel Cordon Blue" , two thin pork fillets stuffed with the delicious cheese of Switzerland and smoked ham, then pan fried and served with french fries.  I knew it was a serious food day when my partners made a B-Line for the Schnitzel Cordon Blue counter, where usually they head for the general buffet line without any such urgency. 

More to come from Monday, but this was certainly the highlight of my Swiss "diet" today.
